Reviews

Path Dash keeps its scope tight: one track, two obstacle types, and swipe controls. The color-coded barriers and dark blocks make the rules easy to learn, while speed boosts and shields add small risk-reward choices. Coins feed a cosmetic-only shop, so progression never affects difficulty. The main limitation is variety, since the input describes a single straight track rather than branching paths or modes. Players who enjoy quick, reaction-based runs will get the most from it.

Description

Faq
How do I control my character in Path Dash?
You swipe left or right to change lanes. The character moves forward automatically, so there is no jump or accelerate button. Every decision comes down to reading the track ahead and picking the correct lane before you reach an obstacle.
What is the difference between colored barriers and dark blocks?
Colored barriers are safe to pass through, so you can stay in your lane if one appears. Dark blocks are solid and will end your run unless you switch to a different lane. Recognizing which type is approaching is the main skill Path Dash asks you to develop.
How do speed boosts and shields work?
Speed boosts temporarily increase your running pace, letting you cover more ground quickly. Shields let you pass through one dark block without ending the run. Both appear as floating icons on the track, and collecting them is optional, so you can skip them if grabbing one would put you in a bad lane position.
Do outfits in the shop change gameplay?
No. Outfits are purely cosmetic and only change your character's appearance. They do not affect speed, collision size, or power-up duration. Coins you collect during runs go into a persistent wallet, and you can spend them on any outfit you like without worrying about stat differences.
How long does a typical run last?
A single run usually lasts from a few seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on how well you avoid obstacles. Because there are no complex menus or tutorials, you can restart immediately after a collision and begin another attempt without waiting.
Is Path Dash suitable for short breaks?
Yes. The game is designed around short sessions. Runs end quickly when you hit a dark block, and restarting takes almost no time. That makes it easy to play for a few minutes during a break or to keep going through several runs in one sitting.
